Exchange Policy

At BriskVital, we do not accept exchanges. When placing an order, customers are required to confirm all details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and shipping information. Because of this, we are unable to process exchanges or returns due to errors in your selection of items, sizes, designs, or addresses.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this timeframe, the order may already be in processing or shipped, making cancellation impossible.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return and Refund

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days after the delivery process is completed. After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no refund or return request will be honored.
We offer full refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product arrives broken or shattered.
  • The design, size, or material differs from what you ordered.
  • You received a product different from the one you ordered.
  • The product does not match its description.

Conditions for Returned Items

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Be free of alterations or modifications, unless the fault lies with BriskVital.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
    Items that do not qualify for a return:
  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items that have been altered or modified in any way.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.
  • Items with minor flaws, such as loose threads, which can be easily fixed.

Proof Required for Refunds

To request a refund, you must provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • A copy of the shipping label or receipt.
  • Evidence of the defective item(s).
  • Screenshots of email correspondence from Email: support@briskvital.com.

Steps to Request a Return and Refund

  1. Submit a refund inquiry to Email: support@briskvital.com, including the required documentation.
  2. Our Customer Support Team will respond within 2–3 business days with a return address and detailed instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) and send the return package using a traceable carrier.
  4. Provide the return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our support team.
  5. Follow any additional instructions provided by our team.

Important:

  • Do not return items without confirmation from Email: support@briskvital.com. We cannot process unauthorized returns and are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the return package is not received.

Cost of Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will not be included in the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned package.

  • Upon receiving your package, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
    If you have not received your refund after confirmation:
  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as refunds may take 10–15 business days to post, depending on their policies.
    If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, contact us at Email: support@briskvital.com. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Important Notes

The return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. Beyond this period, no refund requests will be accepted.
Returned items must meet all conditions outlined above and be submitted with proper documentation.
If the return package is damaged or lost during transit, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
