Order Handling Time

It may take 1 - 3 business days  to prepare your order before it is shipped. If your order has not been shipped yet, it means the items are still being prepared. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Transit Time

The estimated transit times are as follows (please note that delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons):

Tax

Tax Rate: At BriskVital, a 6.75% tax is applied to all customer orders. This tax rate is applicable to all eligible items in your cart and will be included in the total during checkout. We prioritize transparency, ensuring taxes are clearly outlined and incorporated into the final amount.
Tax Calculation: Our system automatically calculates the tax based on the items in your order and the applicable tax rate. A detailed breakdown of the taxes will be displayed on the checkout page, so you can review and confirm the final total before completing your purchase.

Shipping Delays

  • If your package takes more than 60 days to arrive, we will issue a full refund for your order.
  • If your package does not arrive on time, please submit an inquiry, and we will respond within 12 hours. We appreciate your patience and support.
  • If the tracking status shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, first check around your home, as the package may have been left in a hidden spot. If this does not resolve the issue, contact the shipping company listed in the shipping notification email. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team at Email: support@briskvital.com.

NOTICE

  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at Email: support@briskvital.com. However, due to a 48-hour email processing period, if your order has already left our warehouse, it is beyond our control.
  • Briskvital.com is not responsible for any destination region taxes, duties, or charges that may be incurred. Customers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination region.
    Under no circumstances is Briskvital.com responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees if:
    • The customer refuses to accept the package.
    • Delivery attempts are made in the destination region, but the package is not successfully delivered.
